We are proud to have supported hospital surgery departments since 2016, helping to remove the administrative burden from clinical staff. Our service is bespoke to each surgery department, and it can include Genmed taking on all the day to day admin tasks, as well as finding the latest equipment and consumables from multiple vendors. We also give our clients a range of flexible payment options so they can choose what works best for their budget.

Introducing Pathology Solutions

Partnering with us for your Pathology Service will give you an efficient cost-effective laboratory that focuses on tests, not on admin. You can choose from hundreds of suppliers across the Pathology diagnostics market through us, and our data analysis helps ensure continuous improvement. Plus, there’s funding available via a third party to replace any ageing equipment, so you don’t need to use your capital.

Our history

Genmed started in 2007 when Robin Modak had the idea to create a company that would supply services, equipment and consumables to the NHS to save money and help it to become more efficient.

Since then we have grown to a [number] strong organisation that supports over 40 NHS Trusts.

Genmed is unique in many ways. Our service is vendor neutral, which means we will always only recommend equipment that suits your needs, and budget, from a range of suppliers. Our funding options also give you flexibility so you don’t need to rely on capital.

Robin started Genmed almost 20 years ago, and is still a crucial part of the company as a founding director on the board.
