Your account manager is here to support you with all the elements around working with suppliers – whether that’s for consumables or equipment. The delivery hasn’t arrived? Your account manager will sort it out. New equipment is needed? Your account manager will give you a range of options on a reagent rental. The supplier’s prices have gone up? Our teams at Genmed will negotiate with a range of suppliers on your behalf, bringing you the best price. Plus you’ll have regular KPI meetings showing you how the managed service is performing, what’s going well and what can be improved. These will also show you the cost savings you’re achieving by partnering with Genmed. We know that Pathology Managers will often have their preferred supplier for particular consumables, which is why we work with all suppliers to get you your chosen consumables, at market leading prices. We can also suggest alternatives, which may work better for your laboratory.
